This Refund Policy explains when Appnoit provides refunds for subscriptions and services.

1) Subscriptions (SaaS plans)

Monthly plans

  • If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Refunds: Unless required by law, monthly payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period starts.

If you are a new customer and request a refund within 21 days (Annual subscriptions) of your first paid charge, we may provide a full refund, provided there has not been excessive use of the Service.

2) Implementation, onboarding, training, and custom development

If you purchase professional services (implementation, data migration, training, custom development, staff augmentation):

  • deposits / kickoff fees are non-refundable once work begins,

  • milestone payments are non-refundable for work already delivered or time already spent,

  • if a project is canceled, you may be eligible for a refund of unused, unperformed portions only (after deducting completed work and any non-recoverable costs).

3) Chargebacks and failed payments

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access while we investigate. Repeated chargebacks may result in termination.

4) How to request a refund

Email support@appnoit.com with:

  • your company/clinic name,

  • invoice/order details,

  • reason for request.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times vary by bank/payment method (often 5–10 business days).

5) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our Site is the current version.
